New advisory services and expanded team strengthen Evolve’s support for business growth and exit planning

We are excited to have launched a suite of new advisory services to help owners and leaders to grow their businesses with confidence and prepare effectively for exit.

The Evolve team is now offering specialist advice across three new key areas: Strategic Reviews, Business Valuation Advice and Strategic Tax Planning & Advice. These services complement our existing range of business growth, leadership and management programmes, providing comprehensive support for businesses at every stage of their journey – from start-up, through growth, to exit.

At our new offices in Winchester Place, Poole, we have also welcomed three new team members as part of this exciting expansion. Amelia Atkins joins as Business Advisor, bringing a decade of experience in financial forecasting, valuations and strategic growth planning. A qualified accountant, Amelia’s expertise is in helping businesses across sectors strengthen their financial foundations and plan for long-term success.

Also recently having joined the team are Rachel Hadfield as Growth & Marketing Manager, and Kelly Tilsed, who takes on the role of Admin Assistant, helping to further strengthen the delivery of Evolve’s services and client support.

Warren Munson, founder of Evolve, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Amelia, Rachel and Kelly to the team.

The launch of these new advisory services marks the next step in Evolve’s ongoing growth, building on the success of its expanding portfolio of leadership and management programmes for business owners and leaders and its popular Ignite programme, in partnership with BCP Council, alongside coaching, mentoring and peer groups.

Evolve’s advisory services aim to provide business owners with practical insight and expert guidance – whether they are building momentum, scaling operations, attracting investment or preparing for a successful exit.
