After years running her own HR practice, Tania Harland saw firsthand how cumbersome and inconsistent compliance audits could be. She recognised a gap in the market for a software solution that could streamline this process, making it quicker and more accurate while generating new business leads for consultants. With a solid network and plenty of drive, Tania had the vision but lacked the technical expertise to develop a SaaS product and commercialise it. She needed guidance to turn her idea into a reality.

In September 2023, Tania joined the Evolve Business Accelerator, gaining nine months of comprehensive support through workshops, webinars, peer groups, and one-to-one mentoring.
The programme provided expert advice on sales, marketing, branding, intellectual property, financial management and other important topics. Collaborative peer groups and tailored one-to-one mentoring helped Tania refine her strategy and develop her SaaS product effectively.

It’s been fantastic because we’ve had the opportunity to step out of the office, the questions have been steered. The Evolve peer group sessions are a great place to get away from the day to day, refocus and ultimately bounce ideas off other business people.
