After years running her own HR practice, Tania Harland saw firsthand how cumbersome and inconsistent compliance audits could be. She recognised a gap in the market for a software solution that could streamline this process, making it quicker and more accurate while generating new business leads for consultants. With a solid network and plenty of drive, Tania had the vision but lacked the technical expertise to develop a SaaS product and commercialise it. She needed guidance to turn her idea into a reality.

In September 2023, Tania joined the Evolve Business Accelerator, gaining nine months of comprehensive support through workshops, webinars, peer groups, and one-to-one mentoring.
