The Problem

Norco sought to enhance leadership team alignment and strategy for growth

Developing a cohesive strategy, the company needed to address key areas such as change management, employee engagement, and the critical role of leadership in executing their vision. The goal was to ensure that all leaders were aligned and equipped to drive the company’s growth.

The Solution

Norco partnered with Evolve to facilitate a series of six sessions over a six-month period,

Held in an environment away from the day-to-day working context. These sessions provided a dedicated space for department leads to focus on strategic alignment and leadership development. The workshops covered essential topics including Growth Strategy, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Communication and Coaching. This programme has now been extended, due to its success.

The Outcome

The structured approach facilitated by Evolve has led to significant benefits for Norco.
