The Evolve Peer Group is coming to Hampshire!

We’re excited to be launching a brand new Peer Group for business owners and senior leaders in Hampshire.

The new peer group, starting in March, builds on the success of our established Dorset-based peer groups, which have supported over 150 business leaders across the region, over the past six years.

Designed to offer business owners space to think, reflect and make confident decisions, the Evolve Peer Group brings together a small, trusted community of local leaders to share challenges, experiences and ideas. Sessions are confidential, collaborative, and outcome-focused – creating the perfect environment for honest conversations and new perspectives.

“Running and leading a business can often feel isolating,” said Becky Phillips, Business Advisor at Evolve, who will lead the Hampshire group. “Our peer groups are about creating a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly with others who get it. It’s about taking the time to step back from the day-to-day and focus on the things that really matter to you and your business.”

Each group brings together business leaders and owners from a diverse mix of sectors, giving participants access to a wide range of knowledge and experience. Many members also value the opportunity to expand their network, strengthening their professional relationships and benefit from a sense of shared purpose and accountability.

Rosie Radwell, a member of the Dorset peer group is Managing Director of Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth added: “Being a business owner can often feel like a lonely place. We are now inviting expressions of interest from Hampshire-based business owners and directors who are keen to find out more about joining. Informal one-to-one calls or coffee chats with Becky are available to explore whether it’s the right fit, with no obligation to commit.
