Evolve is excited to partner with forty high-potential businesses.
Sector-specific groups are available for engineering & manufacturing, marine & maritime, digital & creative, and the visitor economy.
The programme includes one-to-one coaching and group sessions covering strategic growth, funding, leadership, and internationalisation.
Starting in September 2024, the 15-hour programme offers in-person sessions in Poole or Dorchester, free of charge. Participants will develop leadership skills, receive specialist coaching, enhance performance and productivity, and connect with like-minded leaders.

The Evolve peer group sessions are a great place to get away from the day to day, refocus and ultimately bounce ideas off other business people. The structure of the session permits open conversation with your peers and always provides useful insights that you would not be able to get anywhere else. I have worked with Warren on a number of successful acquisitions and disposals. It’s been fantastic because we’ve had the opportunity to step out of the office, the questions have been steered. It’s got everybody opening up and they’ve been a lot more open and honest about, what the gaps are, where the holes are and what we need to fill.
