Becky has a degree in Business and an early career in hospitality sales and events in London. Aged 26 she launched her first business in recruitment which, with a business partner, they built up to become market leader. After a decade of economic highs and lows, and the emergence of new markets, Becky moved to Dubai to open a Middle East office. The next 10 years of growth took Becky to America, India, SE Asia and Europe through her industry thought-leader position and a 2-year tenure as president of a trade association. With strong commercial and people skills, Becky believes in creating a strong company culture, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, and that managing the expectations of the team and clients is key.
