Join Kate Hughes for a deeply relaxing session during which you will practice breathwork, meditation and mindfulness
Techniques designed for everyone including absolute beginners, There will be a guided meditation which you can do seated, but you may wish to have somewhere where you can lie down. Please have a blanket handy as your body temperature will drop and you may also wish to put your devices on do not disturb. This one-hour session is designed to be the ultimate time-out, and a chance for you to look after your emotional and physical health.
I started this company because I am passionate about teaching others the skills that I have come to rely on to cope with everyday life. I do this by teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques that are accessible to all, regardless of personal background, experience, occupation or faith.
I have completed a 100 hour Transformational Meditation Teacher Training course which is accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
