When you’re working day-in, day-out in the business, being objective can be difficult. You may not know how to improve, or outside perspective may be limited. Our experienced advisors are trained to ask the right questions and create tangible actions.

Strategic Review

What does it involve?

There are three stages:

Stage 1 – We’ll review your company business structure, performance and characteristics over the previous two years.

Stage 2 – You’ll participate in an appointment with an experienced advisor who will further explore business performance, risks and opportunities for growth.

Stage 3 – An advisory report will be compiled, making suggestions for business improvement.

Stage 4 – A follow up appointment will be arranged to support your implementation of an action plan.

Who is it for?

The process is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses who have been trading for two or more years.

From £1250 + VAT.

This will vary depending on the size of business and complexity of the review.
