This is an open course of small group learning (max 10 delegates), giving an opportunity to learn alongside peers.
Three workshop sessions, starting on Wednesday 16 September.
- Workshop 1, Wednesday 16 September, will include Leadership & Management fundamentals, Delegation, productivity, employment law.
- Workshop 2, Wednesday 14 October, will include workplace scenarios, objective setting, giving feedback, having difficult conversations and performance management.
- Workshop 3, Wednesday 18 November will include strategic thinking, managing change and managing individual and team motivation.
